Reports and the monthly summary

Everything a referral program records can leave as a spreadsheet: one program at a time, filtered by dates and a status, from the dashboard or the API. And anyone who manages a program can ask for a short summary of last month by email.

The six reports

Filter any of them by from and to (a date like 2026-10-01, or an exact time) and by one status of its rows. For conversions the status is the event. A file holds at most 25,000 rows, and a file cut there says so in its name (…-first-25000-rows.csv); narrow the dates for more.

Amounts appear twice, as the number you would write (196.00) and in minor units (19600). Text that could start a spreadsheet formula is written with a leading ', so a partner's name can never run as one.

Downloading one

In the dashboard, Referrals, Reports: pick the program, the report, the dates and a status, and press Download CSV.

Through the API, ask for a link:

The file is never in the response: open url within ten minutes, once. It is built when it is opened, from what is true at that moment, and only if the key that asked is still live and the person who made it may still read that report. A link that is used, expired or no longer allowed answers 410, with no detail.

Every report needs referrals:read and the permission to see referrals.
The payouts report also needs the permission to pay partners, and a key that holds referrals:payouts. No AI assistant holds that scope.
Each API key may make 60 links an hour, and so may each person in the dashboard: an assistant's key never uses up yours.
Each link is recorded in your activity log with its filters, never a row.

An AI assistant can make the same link; asking for one changes nothing, so it never needs a person's approval.

The monthly summary

On the Reports page, Email me a monthly summary. On the first days of each month you get last month in each of the workspace's programs: clicks that counted, new referred customers, sales, the commission you owe now, and the payouts you paid. Names and numbers only: never a partner, a customer or an address.

It is your own setting, for your own sign-in address, in this workspace. Turn it off on the same page. If you leave the team, or no longer see referrals, it stops by itself.
